This Privacy Policy is issued in alignment with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and describes how Hydrojet Services collects, processes, stores, and safeguards personal and project-related data for infrastructure operations across the UAE.
01. Information We Collect
- Professional contact details submitted through forms, calls, email, or project correspondence, including representatives of facility managers, developers, and municipal stakeholders
- Project-related technical site data, service requirements, access records, and operational communications needed for execution planning
- CCTV footage, drainage survey outputs, and condition assessment records collected during inspection, rehabilitation, and maintenance workflows
- Technical usage and analytics data including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and session diagnostics used to optimize Hydrojet digital services and Nineneurons CMS performance

02. How We Use Information
Lawful Basis and Service Delivery
- Processing is undertaken for the performance of a contract, including planning and execution of pipeline repair, cleaning, inspection, and rehabilitation scopes
- To respond to technical inquiries, issue proposals, mobilize teams, and maintain project records required for delivery and post-completion support
- Processing may also be required to protect vital infrastructure continuity and occupational safety during emergency service interventions
Legal Compliance and Digital Operations
- Processing is undertaken for compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, including applicable Dubai Municipality standards and utility/authority requirements
- Website cookies and analytics are used to improve user experience, platform security, and technical performance of web interfaces and Nineneurons CMS
- Usage logs are used for diagnostics, service continuity, and controlled system optimization
03. Data Sharing and Protection
- Hydrojet does not sell personal data. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and approved processors operating under confidentiality and purpose-limitation controls.
- Information may be shared with government and utility entities, including Dubai Municipality and DEWA, where required for permits, approvals, utility clearances, or regulatory compliance.
- Administrative and technical safeguards include role-based access control, credential governance, secure backups, monitoring, controlled data transfer practices, and protection of sensitive infrastructure logs and client records from unauthorized access.
- Data retention is managed to support contractual, operational, and legal requirements, including historical maintenance tracking and structural warranty reference periods for technical reports such as CCTV drainage surveys.
04. Your Rights
- Subject to PDPL and applicable legal exceptions, data subjects may request access to personal data held by Hydrojet and obtain information on processing activities.
- Data subjects may request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Where consent is the lawful basis, data subjects may withdraw consent; withdrawal does not affect processing already undertaken on lawful grounds prior to withdrawal.
- Requests for erasure or restriction are assessed against contractual obligations, statutory retention periods, and legitimate infrastructure record-keeping requirements.
