Hydrojet Services provides industrial and infrastructure maintenance, rehabilitation, and diagnostic works in the UAE in accordance with approved quotations, technical method statements, and project-specific scope documents.
- High-pressure water jetting for drainage, sewer, process, and utility systems
- CCTV Diagnostic Surveys, condition mapping, and defect verification
- Trenchless rehabilitation including Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) and UV Curing systems
- Pipe Bursting and related replacement/upsizing operations where technically feasible
- Emergency lateral pipe repair and urgent containment interventions
- Associated cleaning, desilting, and debris extraction works defined in contract documents

02. Client Obligations & Site Access
Access & Safety
The Client shall provide unobstructed access to all workfronts, chambers, utility corridors, and equipment staging zones, including permits, NOCs, traffic diversions, and lifting/plant clearances required for heavy machinery mobilization. The Client shall ensure site induction, HSE coordination, and authorized access windows are in place before Hydrojet mobilizes.
Utilities & Disposal
The Client shall provide water, power, and lawful disposal points for recovered debris/sludge unless off-site transport and disposal are expressly included in writing. The Client remains responsible for latent structural defects not reasonably detectable through standard inspection access or records at time of pricing.
03. Technical Requirements
- Pre-works diagnostics including CCTV inspection are required for critical assets and rehabilitation planning.
- Works are executed in alignment with applicable Dubai Municipality (DM) technical requirements, Estidama Pearl Rating intent where project-relevant, and UAE Net Zero 2050 sustainability principles.
- Emergency lateral pipe repair callouts are subject to mobilization windows, access permissions, and surcharge rates for urgent/night/holiday response as defined in the applicable quotation or rate schedule.
- If hidden conditions are discovered during jetting, desilting, or rehabilitation, Hydrojet may issue a Variation Order for additional scope, revised method, and cost/time impact prior to continuation.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoice payment terms are thirty (30) calendar days from invoice date.
04. Professional Liability
- Hydrojet liability is limited to the direct value of the contracted service scope actually performed.
- Hydrojet is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business interruption losses unless expressly mandated by applicable law.
- Discovery of Pre-existing Conditions: where CCTV or on-site verification identifies collapsed pipes, severe root intrusion, hidden voids, undocumented utilities, or materially different conditions from supplied information, Hydrojet reserves the right to suspend affected tasks and revise scope, pricing, and timelines through written variation.
- Force majeure events, including extreme heat, sandstorms, flooding, authority restrictions, or access shutdowns beyond reasonable control, shall extend time for performance and suspend related delay liability for the affected period.
